BEIJING, Sept. 10 (Xinhuanet) -- At least 55 people have been killed in clashes between gunmen loyal to Central African Republic's former president and the ex-rebels who ousted him. The clashes took place around Bossangoa, 300 km north of the capital Bangui over the weekend.
The country has slipped into chaos since northern rebels captured Bangui in March, over-running South African troops protecting Bozize.
