BEIJING, July 8 (Xinhuanet) -- Air accident investigators have continued their search for the reason why Asiana Flight 214 crashed while landing at San Francisco airport on Saturday.
The two flight recorders have been recovered and investigators have begun examining their contents for clues to the last moments of the flight. The National Transportation Safety Board also has teams looking at aircraft operations, human performance, and the aircraft itself.
Officials later plan to interview the pilots, the crew and passengers. NTSB Chairman Debbie Hersman says there is a lot of information to be examined, and that it’s still too early to draw any conclusions over the cause of the accident.
