BEIJING, April 23 (Xinhuanet) -- Chinese marine surveillance ships have continued regular patrols in territorial waters surrounding the Diaoyu Islands. A statement from China’s State Oceanic Administration said a fleet consisting of Haijian 51, Haijian 23 and Haijian 46 performed the mission on Monday.
