Speaking to reporters on Wednesday, Chinese Ambassador to Egypt, Song Aiguo, said it was difficult to identify the victims.
Song Aiguo, Chinese Ambassador to Egypt, said, "The victims were badly burnt in the balloon explosion. This has made it very difficult to identify the bodies. A more technical process will be required."
