BEIJING, Dec. 7 (Xinhuanet) -- Premier said China will continue to make relations with one of its priorities. He made the remarks after arriving in Moscow on Wednesday.
It is the Chinese premier’s second stop following his visit to Kyrgyzstan, where he attended the SCO’s prime ministers’ meeting. Wen said that because international and regional situations are becoming more and more complicated, China and Russia should continue to deepen their comprehensive strategic partnership and push their cooperation to a higher level.
He stressed China is willing to double its efforts to implement the consensus reached by the heads of state of the two countries in June and strive to realize the 10-year plan for China-Russia relations. Wen said that further development of bilateral relations will contribute to world peace, stability and prosperity. Wen is expected to hold talks with Russian leaders and exchange views on multiple issues during his one-day visit.
