CAIRO, Nov. 26 (Xinhua) -- Tens of thousands of Egyptians on Monday flocked into Cairo's Tahrir Square to attend the funeral of a protestor, who was severely injured during clashes with security forces last week and died Sunday night.
Gaber Salah was injured last week in demonstrations near Egypt' s Interior Ministry headquarters in central Cairo, when he joined many others to mark the first anniversary of the Mohamed Mahmoud street incidents which claimed lives of more than 70 people with hundreds others injured. Full story
