ZAGREB, Oct. 31 (Xinhua) -- Visiting U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on Wednesday urged Croatia to implement further economic reforms to attract investors.

In a joint news conference with Croatian President Ivo Josipovic, Clinton said the U.S supported Croatia's accession to the now 27-member European Union.

"I look forward to Croatia's accession to the EU next year,"she said, urging Croatia to make necessary reforms to improve its investment environment to attract more investors, including U.S. companies. Full story
