BEIJING, Aug. 21 (Xinhuanet) -- Turkish media say at least eight people have been killed and dozens more wounded in a bomb attack in the southeast of the country.
Officials said the car bomb exploded on Monday night near a police station in the city of Gaziantep, near the n border.
Reports said explosives in the car, which was parked at a bus stop, were detonated by remote control .No group has so far said it carried out the attack.
The Kurdish rebel group PKK is active in the area, with a record of roadside bombs and ambushes targeting military patrols.
