The US has said Iran's deal with the IAEA is a step in the right direction. But they will judge their behavior by actions not promises. The White House statement came after Director General of the IAEA announced an agreement to inspect Iran's nuclear program was close. The agreement will give inspectors access to sites, scientists and documents and attempt to ease international concerns. But while White House spokesman Jay Carney said the signs were promising, he also expressed Washington's skepticism concerning Iran's obligations and their fulfillment of them.
