China's aviation authority says it is investigating two airport incidents related to passenger's fury over flight delays. It urged the whole industry to improve post-delay services. An unnamed official with the Civil Aviation Administration noted that passengers rushing into airports' flight control areas violates law and jeopardizes their own safety. He hopes passengers will take a more rational approach to protect their interests. He also said that the administration has alerted the local authorities to better handle the delay cases, blaming the delays on recent stormy weather. Two groups of passengers rushed onto the taxiways at the Shanghai Pudong International Airport and Guangzhou Baiyun Airport last week. They were infuriated by long delays.
