The paper put forward a new method of Chain Coalition in fertilizer marketing and introduce operation mode of supply chain & logistic management so as to reduce costs, improve management level and acquire competence advantages.

From the perspectives of the effect,characteristic,requirement,implementation and operation of urban rail ring,this paper makes an analysis of Wuhan City rail network,including the passenger flow,the engineering conditions,the operation mode and construction timing,discusses the necessity,feasibility and the pattern of the rail ring in Wuhan urban rail network.
