  临床特征:手或足有一或多个额外的指或趾样赘生物,较常见。可发生在单或双侧。按部位分为轴前(桡或胫侧)和轴后(尺或腓侧)型。可同时有并指(趾)或短指(趾)可表现为:①单纯软组织,有或无环形凹陷组织与周围组织相连;②外形较完整的指(趾),常仅有两节,可与掌(跖)骨构成关节或呈分支状骨性连接;③多余指(趾),外观近乎正常,有指(趾)甲,且有一发育差的掌(跖)骨。临床易于诊断,但应靠X线片明确骨与关节异常。B超可助产前诊断。伴其他畸形者多为某综合征的一个体征。
