This paper introduced a method to establish model and solve differential equation based on the theory of multiple degree of freedom system in order to get the internal characteristics of transverse vibration.
链条振动直接影响到印刷机的收纸质量以及整机性能;利用多自由度系统振动理论对印刷机收纸链条进行建模分析、微分方程求解,从而得到链条横向振动的固有特性;通过对激振频率的求解,得到引起链传动系统共振的临界转速,从而有效地避开共振。

This paper presents a method to establish the vibration model of delivery chain based on the vibration theory of multiple-degree-of-freedom system.
利用多自由度系统振动理论对印刷机传送链条进行建模分析,通过Matlab求解其振动微分方程,得到链条振动的固有频率和固有振型;引入叼纸牙排部件,求解其在不同位置时传送链条的振动特性,分析牙排对整个系统振动的影响规律。

Based on this background, the main research work finished in this thesis is as follows:①Summary and commentary of the main research findings of R -μrelationships for single- and multi-degree-of-freedom systems which have been so far finished.
在这一大背景下,本文主要完成了以下研究工作:①总结和评述到目前为止已经完成的单自由度体系和多自由度体系R -μ规律的研究成果;②采用新思路选波,从美国加利福尼亚大学Berkeley分校太平洋地震工程研究中心(PEER)数据库下载合适的地面运动记录;③设计三个周期不同的单自由度体系,选择七档不同的地震力降低系数取值,通过非线性动力反应分析计算对应的位移延性μ值,初步验证单自由度体系的R -μ规律;④以按中国规范设计的0。

| 自由度 freedom，degree of 描述力学体系运动状态必须的独立坐标数。例如描述可在空间任意运动的一个质点的位置需3个独立坐标，则其自由度为3，若限制质点在某曲面或某曲线上运动，则其自由度减为2或1。又如自由运动的刚体有6个自由度，即3个平动自由度和3个转动自由度。刚性双原子分子有3个平动自由度和2个转动自由度；3个原子以上的刚性多原子分子有6个自由度；2个原子以上的非刚性分子要考虑其振动自由度。对亚原子粒子要考虑自旋等自由度。 |
