Currently,there are many problems exist in non-directly affiliated hospital teachers troops such as poor entirely quality,superficial of teaching consciousness and un-powerful of teachers training measure and so on.

With the practice of the construction of non-subordinate affiliated hospitals,this paper elaborates the importance and significance of the connotation construction from the aspects of educational conception,teaching consciousness,staff training,teaching management as well as the improvement of the teaching conditions.
