| 流注 发生于肌肉深部的转移性多发性脓肿。病名始见于明代《仙传外科集验方》,《外科正宗》也有较详细的论述。流注多因毒邪内侵,当气血虚弱之时,流窜不定,致使肢体深部发病,肌肉组织结块或漫肿;有单发和多发,久而成脓,溃后脓尽可愈,或此愈彼发。可分为暑湿流注、湿疾流注、瘀血流注、关节流注及髂窝流注等。临床特点为漫肿疼痛,皮色如常,好发于四肢躯干肌肉丰厚处的深部,容易走窜,发病急骤,溃后易敛,具有外科阳证的基本特性。内治以清热解毒,和营通络为主,方用黄连解毒汤合五神汤加减,若溃脓后气血两虚者,宜益气养阴、和胃化浊法调养之。外治,初期可用金黄膏外敷;溃脓期先用八二丹,脓净改用生肌散。护理上忌食鱼腥、辛辣刺激性食物。 |
