A-centers and E-centers in BJT type silicon device formed with three different doping concentration are studied under irradiation with ~(60)Co γ-ray.

The paper analyzes the construction,development,position and problems of Chengdu and Chongqing railway container central stations,depicts the great significance that is made by the concordant development of two stations to multi-mode transportation and logistics development of Sichuan-Chongqing region and gives out some suggestions on the developing strategy of two stations.
