| 集体行为 collective behavior 在人群聚集的场合下，不受社会规范的控制，通常是无明确目的和无行动计划的众多人的行为。又称大众行为。广义地说，凡属社会互动过程中众多人的共同行为都是集体行为。集体行为的发生和发展，通常需依次经历3个阶段：①接触与摩擦。②情绪感染。③群体激动。集体行为的特征为：自发性、狂热性和非结构性。集体行为有各种各样的性质 ，产生的根源十分复杂。社会学家一般认为社会不平等和突然事件的发生是最主要的原因。集体行为往往是社会变迁过程中的一种行为方式。对于现存社会生活秩序来说，它有明显的破坏作用。在社会变革过程中，对冲破陈旧的、探索建立新的社会关系和规范，集体行为又具有一定的积极意义。 |
