In order to maintain legal order of civil action so as to achieve the purpose of civil action,there should be use of comprehensive legal obligation system which contains both procedure of sanctions and entity of sanctions to be adjusted and standardized.

Under the enlightenment of such theory,the present study has decided on four constraints based on Vijay Bhatia\'s model of Applied Genre Analysis:textual constraint,generic constraint,professional practice constraint,and professional cultural constraint.
