liguang sunshang激光损伤(la ser injury)激光辐射对机体造成的伤害。激光束对机体的损伤程度,与激光的波长、强度、照射持续时间,受照面积的大小和机体组织对光谱线的吸收、透射、反射程度有关。由于激光平行性好,功率和能量密度极高,易对机体特别是眼造成损伤。激光损伤多见于激光武器发射和激光意外照射事故。波长400一700纳米可见区激光和700一1 400纳米近红外激光主要伤害眼底;波长100一315纳米的紫外激光和1,4一1 000微米红外激光主要伤害角膜和其他屈光介质;波长315一400纳米的近紫外激光伤害晶状体、角膜和眼底。因激光波长和强度的不同,可出现不同程度的眼内外损伤症状,如羞明、异物感、视物模糊、视野缺损和失明等。激光能量密度较大时,可造成皮肤甚至深部组织的烧伤。重复频率的强漫射激光可引起视觉疲劳和神经衰弱症状。接触激光的人员应按激光安全标准进行个人防护:尽可能对光束进行屏蔽,封闭光路;配戴合适的激光防护眼镜,避免眼睛直视激光;定期健康检查,特别是眼科检查。一旦发现有明显眼部损害,应调换工作。战时,在可能受到激光损伤的情况下,应有相应的防护设施,配戴防护眼镜。对激光伤员,要及时送医院实施专科治疗。(汪达昌)
