  影像学术语。CT和MR检查中,为提高组织的对比,向血管或体腔内引入人工对比物质后扫描的方法称增强扫描(enhanced scan),引入人工对比物质后出现的组织的密度或信号变化称强化。不论CT或MR中,引入对比剂后一些正常组织结构可以出现强化,称生理性强化(physiological enhancement);引入对比剂后,正常时不应出现强化的组织结构出现强化则称病理性强化(pathological enhancement)。
