In this paper,the sinter pot experiments were carried out by adding different contents of hematite concentrate,the result shows that hematite concentrate content of mixed material has seriously influence on the finished sinter mineralogy, meantime it is found that sinter has better metallurgical property when the content of hematite concentrate is during 15%～16.

tong lingkUang shaojie belshao铜精矿烧结焙烧(sintering:oasting of。op-per concentrate)使铜精矿中的硫化物氧化、部分产物熔融并结块的铜精矿焙烧方法，为鼓风炉炼铜的铜炉料炼前准备作业。烧结焙烧的目的是使精矿中铁的硫化物部分氧化，以利于铜精矿熔炼时调整铜梳品位，使细小物料粘结成块，确保鼓风炉炉况顺行。 烧结焙烧的实质是使部分铁的硫化物发生氧化反应并生成硅酸铁，随后与炉料中其他脉石成分结合而成低熔点共晶体，此共晶体便是烧结过程中的粘结剂。各种硫化物组成的共晶体也起到相似的作用，使炉料粘结成块。 烧结焙烧以前多在烧结锅中进行，由于存在间歇性操作、劳动条件恶劣、结块率低和生产成本高等问题，现已为烧结机(见烧结焙烧)所取代。烧结机为连续作业，装料与卸料实现机械化，所需劳动力少，产品结块率高和生产率高。烧结机的主要技术指标有单位生产率、结块率和脱硫率。单位生产率是指lm“吸风面积lh所处理的炉料量，一般为18一25t/(h·m”)，结块率平均为80%一85%，脱硫率约50%一70%。自20世纪60年代起，敞开式鼓风炉炼铜已逐渐被密闭鼓风炉炼铜所淘汰，适应于敞开式鼓风炉的铜精矿烧结焙烧也同时为铜猜矿混捏和铜精矿制团所代替了。 (宋庆双)
