Aiming at influence of SF6 gas humidity content on safe and stable operation of SF6 electric equipment,this paper analyzes the influence of pressure,gas flux,temperature,tube vapor,and powder dust pollution on the measuring result,for geeing the exact humidity content data,and advances the settlement,in order to ensure safe and stable operation of SF6 electric equipment.
针对SF6气体中湿度含量影响SF6电气设备安全、稳定运行的问题,为获取较为准确的湿度含量数值,提高监测准确率,分析了压力、气体流量、温度、测量管路水汽及粉尘污染对SF6电气设备湿度含量检测结果的影响,提出了相应的应对策略,保证了SF6电气设备的安全稳定运行。

气体（通常为空气）干湿程度的度量，可用绝对湿度、湿含量或相对湿度表示。绝对湿度指单位体积湿气体中含有水汽的质量数。湿含量指水汽对干气体的质量比率。湿含量H可按下式计算：
式中p 为湿气体的总压：pV为水汽在湿气体中的分压；MV和Mg分别为水和气体的分子量。相对湿度φ指湿气体中水汽分压pV与同温度下水的饱和蒸汽压ps之比,即：
φ＝HV/Hs由此式可知相对湿度是湿气体所含水汽接近饱和程度的度量。φ＝1，表示气体中的水汽达到饱和；φ＝0，表示是绝对干燥的气体。
