【处方】
土木香 50g 大黄 200g 山柰 100g 寒水石(煅) 250g 诃子 150g 碱花 300g
【制法】
以上六味，粉碎成细粉，过筛，混匀，即得。
【性状】
本品为灰黄色或黄棕色的粉末；气香，味苦涩、微咸。
【鉴别】
(1) 取本品，置显微镜下观察：淀粉粒扁平的广卵形、三角卵形或类圆 形，有尖突，长10～40μm,脐点及层纹不明显。草酸钙簇晶大，直径60～140μm。薄壁 细胞无色，长圆形或长多角形，含扇形菊糖团块。 (2) 取本品0.1g，加稀硫酸5ml,有气泡产生。煮沸，趁热滤过，放冷，加乙醚5ml, 振摇，乙醚层显黄色，分取乙醚液，加氨试液2ml,振摇，氨液层显红色。

应符合散剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ B）。
【功能与主治】
和胃健脾，导滞消积，行血止痛。用于胃痛胀满，消化不良，便 秘，痛经。
【用法与用量】
口服，一次1.5～3g,一日2～3次。
【注意】
孕妇忌服。
