原料
主料:鸵鸟肉100克。
辅料:碘盐5克,鲜味汁6克。
制法
(1)鸵鸟肉切成2.5厘米见方的丁后出水去异味。
(2)枸杞子泡好,鲜竹叶洗净消毒后入竹筒底部后,下入主辅料及调料。
(3)清汤调好味后,倒入竹筒中蒸45分钟。
特点
竹香清心,鸵鸟肉软烂,口味香鲜。
