竹筒茶
竹筒茶为圆柱体形,外形柱体光滑,色绿润显毫,冲泡后既有茶香、又有竹子清香,清凉解渴。制作方法为先将鲜叶杀青,揉出茶汁,再装入一定规格的竹筒内,边装边捣实,装满后加塞盖好,并在竹筒体上打孔,以利于散发水分。然后放在40℃左右炭火上慢慢烘烤,随时转动,直至足干。冷却后剖开竹筒,用印有规格商标的牛皮纸包装。
