治法。出《马王堆医书·杂疗方》。 是用于男性以激发情欲，使阴茎勃起的治疗方法。主要为外用法，可分为两类。一为药丸外 敷， 药丸制备后，用时敷于脐孔中，二为药布法，将布渍药汁中，然后阴干保存备用，用时可揉 摩和缠绕阴茎。无论用药丸或药布，用药时限皆以阴茎勃起为度。所用药物皆为辛香温热、 益精壮阳之品，如白松脂、桂、姜、椒、皂荚、蜂螫、犬肝、好醋等。由于药品和外物的双 重刺激，因此而激发情欲，使阴茎勃起。
