| 机械制图 machine drawing 用图样确切表示机械的结构形状、尺寸大小、工作原理和技术要求的学科。图样由图形、符号、文字和数字等组成，是表达技术思想的重要工具和产品制造的最基本技术文件，常被称为工程界的语言。图样要求符合国家标准、完整清晰、准确无误、技术要求齐全、能满足工艺要求等。用图来状物纪事起源很早，如中国宋代苏颂和赵公廉所著《新仪象法要》中已附有天文报时仪器的图样，明代宋应星所著《天工开物》中也有大量的机械图样，但尚不严谨。1799年，法国的G.蒙日发表《画法几何》一书，此后，机械图样中的图形开始严格按照画法几何的投影理论绘制。为使人们对图样中涉及到的格式、文字、图线、图形简化和符号含义有一致的理解，后逐渐制定出统一的规格，并发展成为机械制图标准。各国一般都有自己的国家标准，国际上有国际标准化组织（ISO）制定的标准。中国的第一个机械制图国家标准制定于1959年，后在1974年和1984年修订过两次。 常用的机械图样主要有：①零件图。描述零件的形状、大小以及制造和检验零件的技术要求。②装配图。表明机器或部件的整体结构和所属零件、部件之间的装配连接关系。③轴测投影图（轴测图）。在一个投影面上同时反映零件的正面、顶面和侧面形状的立体图。④布置图。描述机械设备在厂房内的位置。⑤示意图。表达机械的工作原理。⑥展开图，将空间形体的表面在平面上摊平后得到的图形。⑦焊接件图。表示被焊构件的相互位置、焊接要求和焊缝尺寸等。机械制图标准规定的项目有图纸幅面及格式、比例、字体、图线、尺寸注法、尺寸公差与配合注法、表面粗糙度代号及其注法、装配图中零部件序号及编排方法、螺纹及螺纹紧固件画法、齿轮画法、花键画法、弹簧画法、中心孔表示法等。表达机械结构形状的图形，常用的有：①视图。按正投影法即机件向投影面投影得到的图形，用于表达机件的外部形状。投影时机件位于投影面与观察者之间称为第一角投影法；投影面位于机件与观察者之间称为第三角投影法。中国采用第一角投影法。根据投影方向和相应投影面的位置，视图可分为主视图、俯视图、左视图、右视图等。②剖视图。用假想的剖切面将机件剖开后的投影，用于表达机件的内部结构。③剖面图。用假想的剖切面将机件剖开后的切断面图形，多用于表达杆状结构的断面。 |
