There exists a deep level dialectical relationship between inheritance and innovation,education and management,emphasis and focus,rigidity and tenderness in the students management work in our col- lege.

Unfortunately, some technicians mix up the differce between those two, for example, flexible and rigid supporting, temporary support and permanent support (concrete line), excavation procedure and lining procedure and so on, this paper emphatically elucidates the above problems, which is of referential significance to in-situ constuction of tunnel works.
