After separation and resection of the perihepatic ligments of the liver lobe segment for resection,the lobectomy and segmentectomy of liver were performed by temporary blocking the portal blood stream in 23 cases of liver and bile duct disorders.

Objective:To explore the alteration of postoperative live functions beteen the improved liver hanging maneuver and pringle liver vascular occlusion for the lobectomy.
