"three love's" activities
San Ai Huodong“三爱”活动(“three love’s”actiVities)中国人民志愿军在后勤部队中开展的爱伤员、爱车辆、爱物资的活动。简称“三爱”活动。志愿军后勤保障政治工作的重要内容和形式之一。 在朝鲜战争中，美军为首的“联合国军”始终把破坏中国人民志愿军的后方作为战略战术的重要目标，投人大量战略空军和战术空军，狂轰滥炸志愿军后方和运输线。美军仗恃空中优势，在战争初期，对志愿军后勤人员、车辆、物资实施“全面轰炸”;在战争中期，对志愿军后方铁路、公路、桥梁和交通枢纽实施“绞杀战”;在战争后期，对志愿军后方水电设施和兵站、仓库进行“重点破坏”，妄图切断志愿军的物资供应，阻断志愿军前后方的联系，摧毁志愿军的作战力量。为此，志愿军各后勤部队除了发动和组织官兵开展反轰炸斗争外，还广泛深人地开展了爱伤员、爱车辆、爱物资的“三爱”活动。这一活动是在“一切为了前线，一切为了胜利”这一总的口号指导下进行的。目的是使后勤部队指战员保持汪盛斗志，提高爱护伤员、车辆、物资的自觉性，保证部队车辆开得动、物资运得上，保证伤员安全和车辆、物资完好无损，为建立打不断、炸不烂的钢铁运输线创造内部条件。 “三爱”活动的具体做法是:①把“三爱”教育同爱国主义、国际主义教育紧密结合，使官兵认识到爱伤员、爱车辆、爱物资是发扬爱国主义、国际主义精神的实际行动，是“一切为了前线，一切为了胜利”的具体表现。同时，通过发动群众“算细帐，比贡献”，使大家认识一辆车、一门炮、一支枪、一发弹都是祖国人民节衣缩食支援来的，从而激发“三爱”的责任感和自觉性。②把“三爱”作为后勤部队立功运动的主要内容，并结合各自部队的具体任务，提出“三爱”活动的重点和要求。如，在汽车运输部队，开展以反轰炸、爱车辆为中心的安全行车立功活动;在仓库，开展以管好物资为重点的防空、防特、防火、防潮、防霉烂变质和保质、保量、保安全的“五防”“三保”立功运动;在医院，开展以保证伤病员治疗好、安全好、运送好、生活好、精神好为主要内容的“五好”立功运动;在防空哨部队，开展以保证交通顺畅、运输安全为主要内容的“千哨百日无事故”立功运动。“三爱”活动的开展，有力地推动了各项后勤保障任务的完成，使伤病员治愈率由人朝初期的91%，到后期提高为近940/0;车辆损失率从人朝初期的42.8%，到后期下降为不足20/0;物资损失率由人朝初期的13.40/0，到后期下降为住8%。(宋保恒)
