原料：
猪龙骨300克
老姜3片
药材
海马2只
杜仲9克
党参9克
牛膝9克
枸杞3克
菟丝子3克
肉桂皮3克
红枣4颗
辅料：
调味料
料酒50毫升
盐1/2茶匙
做法：
1.猪龙骨洗净、剁块，放入滚水汆烫，冲净、沥干；老姜片洗净。
2.猪龙骨、老姜片放入锅中，加入全部药材、料酒、盐及500毫升水，炖煮40分钟即可食用。
tips：
猪龙骨要先洗净再汆烫，以免有碎碎的骨头渣影响汤品，一次可炖三次的量，再分袋放入冰箱冷冻，比较省事。炖补时，可加少许醋让骨头的钙质释放出来。
特色：
中医讲肾主骨，预防骨质疏松，可搭配补肾中药及含钙质与胶质的食材。杜仲龙马汤有补肾、强筋骨、补精髓、强腰护膝等作用。转骨的少年、更年期或银发族可常食用。
