基本材料
黄花菜150克，香菇30克，猪瘦肉250克，麻油、料酒、精盐、清汤、淀粉各适量。
制法
黄花菜洗净入沸水中氽过，再放冷水中浸泡1--2小时，挤去水分；香菇泡发后挤去水分切丝；猪瘦肉切丝用少许盐、料酒、淀粉拌匀上浆待用。沙锅中放清汤1000毫升，置中火上煮沸，撒少许盐末，放入猪肉丝，沸滚后，撇去油末，入香菇丝再沸滚3分钟加入黄花菜，淋上麻油即可成。
功效
滋补健脑。
用法
饮汤食猪瘦肉、黄花菜。
应用
适于记忆力减退的老人及老年性痴呆症患者食用。
