Six maize hybrid seeds that had great response to water were researched under normal water supply condition,mild drought stress and moderate drought stress during ear period.
2004~2005年在黑龙江省农科院嫩江农科所抗旱大棚内,选用6个玉米单交种作为试材,在穗期设置正常供水、轻度干早胁迫和中度干早胁迫3个水分处理,研究不同水分处理条件下,不同玉米品种穗部生长发育的变化与产量的关系。

收集国内外节水抗旱稻品种20份,对其进行苗期及穗期抗旱性鉴定,结果表明,多数旱稻品种的苗期抗旱性与穗期抗旱性鉴定结果相同,其中沪旱3号、沪旱15号苗期、穗期抗旱性表现最好,为高抗;BLUE BELLE、IAT109苗期抗旱级别为5级而穗期为7级,说明这2个品种后期抗旱较前期要差;IR55423-01的苗期抗旱级别为7级而穗期为5级,说明该品种后期抗旱性较强。

其中,叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量、POD活性、SOD活性及PRO含量等5个指标与插穗年龄呈负相关关系,以上指标数值越高,表明抗衰退的能力越弱;MAD含量与插条年龄呈正相关关系,MAD含量越大,表明采穗母株年龄越大,扦插后代衰退越快;而CAT活性和与采穗母株年龄的关系无规律性变化,不宜用CAT活性来确定采穗母株年龄。
