Argument on Confucianist and Taoism Thought of Two Han Chuci Comment

Based on the analysis of the history and essence of the dispute between Confucianism and law, the paper opens out some practical inspirations that we should strengthen the rule by law and, at the same time, enhance the rule by morals in order to meet the requirements of the knowledge economy and the sien-tech development.

By studying the different behavior and thought of disciples of Confucius, this dissertation classifies them into four types: Confucians keeping the Dao of Confucianism, Confucians devoted to politics, Confucians devoted to ceremony and literature and dissociated Confucians.
