In this paper, the author discussed the method, process and theory basis of using homogeneousMarkov Chains in evaluating common course teachers teaching effect, showed that using homogeneousMarkov Chains to evaluate common course teachers teaching effect has higher sensitivity, more informationand conforms to objective reality better than the traditional teaching evaluation method.
