性质:又称磷酸化酶磷酸酯酶。磷酸酯酶一种,EC3.1.3.17,分子量5×104。它的底物是有活性的磷酸化酶a。它所催化的反应是磷酸化酶a一级结构中14序号上的丝氨酸上与磷酸基相连接酯键水解(断裂)而游离出4个无机磷酸分子,使磷酸化酶a转变为无活性的磷酸化酶b(变构效应物,即AMP可使它成为有活性的酶)。它的作用正好与在ATP(腺苷三磷酸)存在下的磷酸化酶激酶(phosphorylase kinaseEC2.7.1.38.)的作用相反。它在糖原的生成和代谢中起催化和调节的作用。通常磷酸化酶磷酸酶可从兔肌肉组织中提取。
