By analyzing the causes of the forma -tion of drug organizations,this paper sums up that similarities of social culture lead to the common activ ities of drug orga ni za-tions,while the cooperative base of the organizations is the pursuit of maximum profit and drug organizations have social psycho-lo gical conflicts towards the legalization of drug crime.
