The paper puts forward the agricultural scientific research management departments should improve their quality overall and implement subjective initiative management to each sector in scientific research management according to the current standard of scientific research management.

With the improvement of layout and management of national science and technology,the improvement of scientific and technological input and constant emergence of important projects,initiative management of scientific research institutes is of great importance to promoting the scientific research work as a whole.

Combining AC-MAC with the dynamic power management,it brought in a new protocol,an adaptive coordinated MAC protocol based on dynamic power management for wireless sensor networks,AC-MAC/DPM,which not only guarantees low delay or high throughput,but also reduces the potential energy consumption when the traffic load is high.

Based on processor task scheduling of sensor network node,this paper put forward voltage and sleep dual-effective scheduling algorithm in term of dynamic power management and dynamic voltage/frequency scaling,namely DV/FS-RM and DV/FS-EDF.
