Design of a novel lens for projector system of LED automotive headlamp

;According to the development of automotive low-beam headlamps, this article introduces the difference between reflect systems and project systems, and different low-beam headlamps, which belong to the same kind system.

Now there are still a number of technical difficulties in LED application for automotive headlamp,one more difficult to overcome of which is the heat dissipation problem of LED headlamp.

A PWM constant current LED driver circuit based on AT9933 for automotive headlamps is presented.

HID auto-headlamp have advantages of high brightness,energy saung,seacitg,economic and so on,which is more and more widely applied in the automotive lighting.

This paper introduced the characteristics of LED light source and design methods of LED auto lamps and demonstrated the superior quality of LED auto lamps by comparing and analyzing of the testing results,the author discussed the testing methods and procedure of LED auto lamps,major in the PWM electro-circuit to control the LED auto lamps.
