In order to analyze the reason of the boiler\'s water wall tube bursting,macrostructure,chemical composition check,metallographic check,tensile testing at ambient temperature and other tests are made,and the results are indicated that the high temperature steam corrosion and hydrogen damage of the rough tube wall which was caused by overheating welding is the main cause of the tube bursting.
