The Electronic controlled and Electronic powered AMT system not only has the function and the characteristic which the automatic transmission requests, moreover retained the manual transmission’s characteristic, such as high efficiency, low cost and easiness to manufacture, so it has a widespread prospect and superiority in the market of China.
由于电控电动AMT系统不仅具备自动变速器要求的功能和特点,而且保留了机械变速器的高效率、低成本和易制造等优点,在我国具有广泛的市场前景和发展优势,所以本文提出了以电控发动机为基础,采用电控电动机作为变速器的选、换挡执行器,在车辆行驶换挡过程中,AMT控制系统通过CAN总线与发动机ECU进行通讯来调节发动机的转矩和转速,同时AMT控制系统通过控制电动机的转速、转矩及位置精确控制变速器换挡过程,实现不分离离合器的自动换挡过程。
