WEV was formed as the influences of politics, economy and culture and guided women’s Employment Practice in early Republic of China.

This article analyzed the relation between the practice base and experimental teaching quality,and introduced the ways and results of the construction of the practice base outside school of agricultural microbiology course and the reformation.

This paper analyzes the importance of establishing university students\'employment practice base,expounds the problems existing currently in the employment practice bases established in China,and puts forward some countermeasures for perfecting university students\'employment practice bases in China.
