沈阳市中小学农业实践基地（三农博览园）
基地位于新民市西北，距新民市23公里，距沈阳市城区中心89公里，乘沈山线火车或沈阳—新民公共汽车到新民站下车，换乘新民—大柳的汽车到基地下车即是。
该景区主要以中小学生素质教育为主线，以让学生和游人了解农村、农业、农民为切入口，到目前为止，基地总投资4000万元，建成一塔、二池、三亭、四院、七园。其中七园中的国粹园属精典之作，占地1万平方米。建筑面积2637平方米，主要是弘扬我国京剧艺术，了解京剧艺术由起源到发展壮大的历史演变过程。直观京剧各个剧目场面，采用高科技手段，活灵活现真实再现京剧艺术的精华，农史院可让人们更加了解农村、农业、农民，兴建了《农史资料馆》、《民俗风情沿革馆》、《农家十二月》、《王三哥的一生和王三嫂的365天》。让人们了解、懂得、回味历史演变，更加珍惜今天的幸福生活。
