即“Seip-lawrence综合征”。原因未明,有人认为属常染色体隐性遗传性疾病。在婴儿早期即见皮下脂肪消失,面容消瘦衰老,胸、臂较细小,但手、足巨大,似肢端肥大症。骨骼、牙齿提早发育,骨龄超前。肝、脾肿大,肝硬化。皮肤粗糙、干燥和色素沉着,弥漫性多毛。浅表静脉怒张,尤以下肢显著。巨心。气脑造影或CT扫描显示第三脑室和基底脑池扩张。血生化检查血脂高、生长激素水平高。常伴有糖尿病、垂体功能异常等内分泌疾病。对症治疗。
