This paper starts with the performance partner and presents eight types of individual communication styles from three dimensions of interpersonal communication skill,cognition and tendency.

In this present study, based on the cultural theories of Hofstede’s individualism/collectivism and Hall’s high/low-context, the theories of management communication, and the previous studies, the author explores a new model to compare the management communication style between Chinese and American managers, through a series of questionnaire investigation.

It discusses in detail the relationships between learning environment and students cognitive, affective and creativity development, as well as the relationship between teachers interactive style and students development.
