【来源】
为毛茛科植物水葫芦苗的全草。
【植物形态】
水葫芦苗 多年生草本，具匍匐茎。叶均基生，叶片近圆形、肾形或宽卵形，长0.4～2.5厘米，宽0.4～2.8厘米，3或5浅裂，有时3裂近中部，基部宽楔形、截形或心形，基出脉3条；叶柄长3～13厘米。花茎高4.5～16厘米；苞片条形；花径约7毫米；萼片5，淡绿色，宽椭圆形，无毛；花瓣5，黄色，狭椭圆形，基部具蜜槽；雄蕊和心皮均多数。聚合果卵球形，长达6毫米；瘦果紧密排列，扁，具纵肋。 生于水沟边潮湿地带，或海边、河边盐碱性沼泽地。分布西藏、四川、青海、新疆、甘肃、陕西、山西、河北、内蒙古和东北等地。
【采集】
7～9月采收。

性寒，味甘淡。
【功用主治】
利水消肿，祛风除湿。治关节炎，水肿。
【用法与用量】
内服：煎汤，0.5～1.5钱。
