Considering the features of large north-south span and core tube structure of the building,simulates the natural room temperature using DeST-c software and analyses occurrence frequency of uneven thermal distribution in winter,offering a reference criterion for whether adopting more expensive four-pipe water system or not.
针对该建筑南北跨度大、核心筒布置的特点,采用DeST-c软件模拟了自然室温,分析了建筑冬季冷热不均现象发生的频率,为空调水系统是否采用投资较高的四管制系统提供了设计依据,并通过分析冷热不均现象发生的时间,确定采用自然通风的方式减少建筑冷热不均现象。

The corner cracks of 150 mm by 150 mm continuous casting slabs were analyzed by way of examining the macro-structures, inclusions and metallographic structures of testing sample and it was found that the primary cause to the corner cracking is seriously inhomogeneous cooling conditions, which lead to stress concentration in the corner part of the slab, thus the corner cracking occurs in the slab.
针对 15 0mm× 15 0mm连铸坯的角部纵向开裂 ,从低倍、夹杂、金相组织方面进行分析 ,发现产生角部开裂的主要原因是严重冷却不均 ,从而造成角部应力集中 ,导致连铸坯角部纵向开裂 ,并提出改进措施。
