原料：皮皮虾两斤,青红椒适量
调料：盐、姜汁、玫瑰露
做法：先要把皮皮虾用清水冲洗几遍，然后在锅里加上适量的清水，加入一些盐、姜汁，再点上几滴玫瑰露，将味道调和好以后，将洗净的皮皮虾放入锅中，用中火烧煮。大概3分钟，皮皮虾的颜色由青变粉，而且此时的虾肉熟得刚刚好，将皮皮虾捞出装盘，再撒上一些切好的青红椒丝，一盘清淡爽口、原汁原味的美味盐水皮皮虾就做好了。
特点：做好的盐水皮皮虾看上去粉嫩晶莹，肥嫩的虾肉透过虾壳若隐若现，实在是道美味。
