Objective:To explore the effects of tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-2) and soluble tumor necrosis factor-alpha receptor type 1(STNFRI) on cultured eutopic endometrial stromal cells from patients with endometriosis(EMs) and to find a new target for biological therapy for EMs.

Conclusion DC loaded bladder tumor lysate can induce highly effective and remarkably specific cytotoxicity in vitro,which indicates that anti-tumor biological therapy will be expected to improve the overall therapeutic level of bladder tumor.
