Objective:To explore the effects of tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-2) and soluble tumor necrosis factor-alpha receptor type 1(STNFRI) on cultured eutopic endometrial stromal cells from patients with endometriosis(EMs) and to find a new target for biological therapy for EMs.

生物学治疗
注射生物制剂以达到治疗或辅助治疗某些疾病的方法。又称生物治疗(Biotherapy)，是以免疫治疗为核心，同时还包括基因治疗和非免疫性生物调节治疗，即应用生物应答调节剂(biological response medium,BRM)激发、增强或恢复宿主的特异性和非特异性抗肿瘤的免疫功能；或者去除对机体有害的生物学应答来增强宿主的防御能力；或者使肿瘤细胞对宿主防御功能更敏感；或者直接作用于肿瘤细胞，改变肿瘤细胞生存的微环境，使其增殖、侵袭、转移能力降低；抑制恶性转化或促使肿瘤细胞分化、成熟或逆转；或提高宿主对肿瘤常规治疗的耐受力，或加速损伤的恢复等。总之，凡具有生物应答调节剂作用的生物学物质或生物制剂的治疗性应用，都可称之为生物治疗。在卵巢癌的治疗中，可应用抗卵巢癌的单克隆抗体输入作为辅助治疗，也可将单克隆抗体与化疗药物或核素交联应用，提高对肿瘤细胞杀伤的特异性，降低对正常组织的损害。注射肿瘤疫苗对肿瘤进行主动免疫治疗也属于生物学治疗的范畴。
